Beloved friends,

It’s been a while since I last reached out to you with news. There were a few accumulated and neglected injuries and health issues, that demanded my full attention. It was time for me to acknowledge that this ageing body really needs time to convalesce and heal as much as possible before taking on more work. It got really tough there for a while and I found the courage and humility to accept much much needed help.

This newsletter is my way to express and share with you my gratitude towards those incredible beings who stepped up and showed up for me at my time of need:

Gilly who traveled from France to stay with me, take care of me and my animals, nourished us with her most delicious healthy food and offered reiki to my ageing and ill animals as well as her magical crystal essences concoctions.

Helen who visited from Switzerland and her meditating chanting, was en-chanting our precious unicorn-horse Lilly who was needing support as the seasons were changing.

The wild, secret and windy path towards a sacred prayer space, gifted us a gorgeous blue feather from the very smart and illusive bird, the jay.

Andreas the miracle-worker/acupuncturist, who treated both me and my soul dog Ruby’s cruciate ligament. Thanks to him, both Ruby and I can once again go on short meditative walks into nature.

The trees of the land we live on, who kept on giving their fruits, although they had been neglected.

Nilufer’s healing herbal tea-time.... what an uplifting sharing that was with a true priestess!

Manos, a new good friend whose gentle training skills and patience (with me), have assisted our dog Bella, finally start overcome her fears and trauma from an adoption gone wrong. It’s so wonderful to start seeing Bella shine for the amazing being she really is, even after all she has been through.

Katerina, the amazing internet/web/tech wizard and new team member of Interspecies Peace, whose help is so valuable, much needed and appreciated.
